Hello, I’m Carla, and I’ve been passionate about travel since 1989. After managing the business for many years and nurturing it as my own, I became Senior Partner in 2011. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of traveling the world and experiencing some of its most beautiful and unique destinations.
As I celebrate my 35th year at Villair, I’ve taken a step back from the direct sales side of the business to focus on what I love most – nurturing both our clients and our team. My main priority is ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction, while also supporting our team as we adapt to the ever-evolving travel industry.

Hello, I’m Gail, with over 35 years in the travel industry.
Since 1987, I’ve been fortunate to travel the world, recently as a single traveller, I love the security & experience of a small group tour, meeting local people, immersing myself in the country, and gaining a deep understanding of what makes each destination unique. My favourites so far are Australia, the Seychelles, India, South Africa, New Zealand by camper, Florida theme parks & the Caribbean.
In 2024, I had the opportunity to explore Peru, Costa Rica, and river cruising in Europe. I’m always eager to discover new destinations and immerse myself in the enriching experiences they have to offer.
One of my many passions is helping people find their perfect cruise experience. Having sailed on a variety of cruise ships and explored diverse itineraries, I know that there’s a ship for everyone and ensures an unforgettable journey.

Hello, my name is Sonia, I have been with the company since 2017, although my experience in the travel industry spans many years before that. I’ve had the privilege of traveling to a wide range of countries both European and Worldwide, and have developed a real passion for cruising, exploring Asia, and curating unique, tailor-made holidays across the globe. My cruising knowledge is extensive and has taken me to some exciting destinations.
Some of my favourite places to visit include Japan, South Africa, Singapore, India, Bali, Thailand, and other countries within Asia. Various Caribbean islands and Australia. I’m always seeking adventure and adrenaline, so my own holidays tend to feature activities like ziplining, paragliding, skydiving, mountain climbing, or any other thrilling experience I can find! I also have a passion for attending sporting events like F1, football, rugby and cricket matches around the world.

Hi, I’m Judy, the resident Aussie. I’ve been in the travel industry since 1977 (which is forever!), with experience in Sydney, London, and since 1987 here at Villair. My areas of expertise include Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the USA & Canada, and I specialise in Round the World trips and creating bespoke itineraries, especially to these regions.
Over the years, apart from travelling back home, I’ve had the privilege of visiting many incredible destinations. In my younger days, I backpacked through parts of Asia, including India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Burma, Thailand, Singapore, and Malaysia, an experience that was both eye-opening and unforgettable!

Hi, I’m Georgia. I’ve been working in the travel industry since 1994, gaining experience in a variety of roles, including airport ground staff, a holiday rep in mainland Spain, and 18 years as long-haul cabin crew. I’ve even had the fun of being a Butlins Redcoat!

Hi, I'm Tilly. I am so excited to be joining the Villair Team, to be able to learn from their wealth of knowledge as I embark on my Travel Apprenticeship .
I love to travel, so far having the opportunity to explore a range of destinations, from coastal regions in Spain to iconic cities across Europe. I’ve visited the Andalusia region in Spain, as well as other coastal areas, which provided insight into popular holiday spots. I also have a strong interest in city breaks, having travelled to places like Bruges, Prague, Budapest, Reykjavik, Gibraltar, Edinburgh, Cologne, Malaga, and Seville, each city offered its own unique appeal, from history and culture to architecture and local experiences.
Cruising is another area I’ve come to enjoy. With the training I’m receiving, I’m looking forward to expanding my knowledge in this sector and being able to provide clients with more tailored travel recommendations in the future. .
